Biography

Victor Musowa is the Member of Parliament for Mulanje Bale in Mulanje District, sitting for the Democratic Progressive Party. He first entered Parliament after the 2019 election and was returned in 2025.1

In the current Parliament he serves as First Deputy Speaker.1

In the September 2025 election he won Mulanje Bale with 66.3% of the 20,537 votes counted, 47.1 points ahead of the nearest independent, in a field of 9 candidates.2
