Biography
James Skinner was Chief Justice of Malawi from 1970 to 1985, appointed by President Hastings Kamuzu Banda.1
He was born on 24 July 1923. He studied at Trinity College, Dublin and Clongowes Wood College. He worked as a judge. He also served as Member of the National Assembly of Zambia and Justice Minister of Zambia.
He died on 21 October 2008 in United Kingdom.
