Biography

Everton Chimulirenji was Vice President of Malawi from 31 May 2019 to 3 February 2020 under President Peter Mutharika, for the Democratic Progressive Party. He left office when the Constitutional Court annulled the 2019 election.1

He also served as Member of the National Assembly of Malawi (2014) and Deputy Minister of Defence (2017–2019).
